Sr. Analog Design Engineer
Type: Contract/Fulltime

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Architecture and transistor-level design and simulation, layout supervision and silicon evaluation.
• Detailed, transistor-level design of new Delta Sigma ADC products from initial concept to production.

• Design of operational amplifiers, OTAs, PGA, VGA, CMFB and Bandgap references
• Design of ESD and IO protection circuits.
• Support marketing in new product definition.
• Develop innovative new designs for patenting or protecting as trade secret.
   

Required Skills
The ideal candidate must possess the following key qualifications for this position.

• 5+ years experience with various ADC architectures and design techniques.
• Experience with high resolution, low noise design techniques for ADC/DAC applications.
• Strong knowledge of state of the art design tools such as Spectre, Eldo, Spice, Matlab etc.
• Understanding of good analog layout techniques for sensitive circuits. 
• Good knowledge of lab testing skills to evaluate the prototype to design specifications
• MSEE/Ph.D with 5+ years (or BSEE with 9+ years).

Sr. RF Design Engineer
Type: Contract/Fulltime
Location: Santa Clara, CA

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Architecture and transistor-level design and simulation, layout supervision and silicon evaluation.
• Detailed, transistor-level design of LNA, Mixers, LC Oscillators, Power Amplifiers

• Good skills in RFIC characterization and bench testing of silicon.
• Interface with customer product and test development engineers
   

Required Skills
The ideal candidate must possess the following key qualifications for this position.

• Knowledge of standards, regulatory, and EMI/EMC issues
• Proven track record in creating robust and manufacturable mixed-signal IC products
• Strong knowledge of state of the art design tools such as Spectre, Eldo, Spice, Matlab etc.
• Understanding of good analog layout techniques for sensitive circuits. 
• MSEE/Ph.D with 5+ years (or BSEE with 9+ years).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge on deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Proven track record in creating robust and manufacturable mixed-signal IC products
